Not withstanding the fact that the nonrespondants ( the 8 patients who achieved less than 50% of their hair growth back) suffered from baldness the most!.
Obviously it’s likely with continued use the 8 patients (nonrespondats) may have very welll achieve higher hair growth. Besides, who’s to say their hair fall out didn’t come to a halt as well? That’s success on its own.

No , it will not give any result since the molecular volume of Cyclosporine it to high to penetrate the skin . It do not work topical .

There is a topical of Cyclosporine A called Psorban. Don’t think it’s available to buy from anywhere though.
