Maximizing Grafts: We extracted the maximum number of grafts from the donor area without being aggressive to avoid donor depletion. Equal spacing and the smallest possible punch were used to minimize trauma and scarring. The donor area remains healthy and can give many more grafts if needed.
Graft Distribution: The 4500 grafts were carefully placed to blend well with the patient's existing hair. This approach ensured that the native hair was left intact, avoiding shock loss and maintaining a natural appearance. The post-op recipient photo shows the careful distribution of grafts.
Natural Hairline: We followed the patient's existing hairline to ensure a natural look and smooth integration with his appearance. Notice that the transplanted hair is placed slightly behind his existing hair thus giving extra naturality.
