But it seems her father is a prominent academic doctor, she must be quite well connected by family ties and friends to powerful financial backers and investors who can make $8 million suddenly appear on her company’s balance sheets, for a product that hasn’t even been developed yet!
That’s why I’m really skeptical about Follica. It just seems like Zohar’s pet project, to create a billion dollar company out of some vague experimental findings from some lab doctors (Cotsarelis?) which haven’t substantially proven anything.
