I guess these photos are taken by the patient himself? It would better if he could brush the hair apart around the crown area, that will give a better idea of the growth. Very good thickness just from the look of it.
I don’t doubt that he probably had a good result but combing long hair from the front over the crown, is a comb over. It’s hard to evaluate the result.
