I was thinking about a consult with HDC but now i decided wait for the bisanga clinic to inform me of the next london consults . main reason is brussels is nearer to me 2 hours by eurostar and also bisangas work looks as good hdc. if any body has had treatment there and can reccomend bisanga just to conctete things further it would be apreciated, also anything bad that i should know of.

Wrong forum,if you want a better responce,why not try listing in hair transplant forum.
HDC do not have a lot of FUE cases on their website,so I for one think your doing the right thing.

If I was in Europe I would certainly consider Dr A in Mumbai, the travel expense would be offset by his prices, and he is certainly one of the top 5 docs on the board

You have a right to be nervous. I know I was, but let me assure you that you will not find anyone anywhere that will make you feel more welcome or treat you better than Dr Arvind and his staff.
I flew from the east coast to New Delhi by myself never having met Dr A, but felt good because of the communication between with him via emails. Still traveling that far to a strange land was a bit intimidating, but he had a driver there waiting for me who took me to a hotel right next door to his office. The next day two women personally came over and escorted me to his facility.
You need to make your decision based on your thoughts, but let me tell you that it is first class service, professionalism and genuine concern by him and his staff.

Dr. Arvind is in New Delhi, not Mumbai.

Where possible, do NOT let distance and price sway your decision.
Every doctor or clinic has something different to offer. A lot depends on the extent of your hair loss, your donor density, and your goals and expectations.
As a start, the best thing to do is to have consultations with as many doctors as possible. Sometimes you will be surprised that their opinions may vary greatly from one another.
If you want, you can also upload your pictures in the forum. I am sure many veteran posters would be happy to give you feedback.
