Saw Palmetto and the other DHT Blockers maintained my sides and top front very well, in fact they thickened up quite a bit. But, there was still progress to be made. Did I say the natural dht blockers healed my hair to where it looked like it was never thinning on the sides and back? you are delusional and desperate

the sides and back I would say were paper thin in 1999 when i started on the dht blockers I estimate 30 percent of the hair remained. After 5 yrs or so on the dht blockers I would say the top front was 60 percent of the hair there, the sides I estimate 80 percent of the hair was there from thicker days, it is still extremely thick on the sides and back. The niz cream I used mainly on the top front that regrew amazingly after the initial shed. I used it mainly on the back below the crown where it was starting to thin a bit, That thickened a heck of a lot, with the niz, though I wish it would have thickened more

The thickening it accomplished in the top front is very welcome, but I did not like the shockloss thinning that happened at first and it scared the crap out of me, and i was amazed it grew back at all much less thicker which it did do

I dont like that thinning shockloss and i dont trust that if it happened again, that it would grow back, who knows it might do it again and NOT grow back

it still looks pretty damn good on the top front, I am happy with it, in fact after the niz cream even two years taking NOTHING, no supps at all (pay attention now) has not really negatively affected my hair at all

the nizoral cream really seemed to do something internally to the hair that it needed,

If it starts getting really bad again I guess I MAY try niz cream on a very limited basis, who knows

I was applying it generously parting the hair all over takes a long time, but I was leaving it on all night, and using it every day
this is not recommended
it can be systemically absorbed if you do that, it only needs to be used several times per week, ideally
