I started using a natural shampoo that helps control dandruff and my hair has slowed down on the shedding. If one day I have a bad diet the day before then I get a little more hairs then usual to shed. now Im eating healthy and trying to get back as much as I can. My question is, over time with the ultra hair along with the minerals help thicken the hair that I already have? Im taking the DHT blockers (1 nettle 1 SP w Pygeum) every other day. I feel thats right for me.

the dht blockers thickened my hair, took about a half year up to one year to really start seeing this but it steadily improved. If you want to increase your hair health growth rate, shine thickness also go buy separately horsetail and MSM. they are in the maxi hair but in smaller amounts. research MSM on google u would be surprised
