their price on Maxi Hair is amazing, that is basically like 30 dollars for 4 bottles of 90 which is a 6 months supply, amazing, I saw them for 7.99 for a 60 count bottle at the local vitamin store but this is way cheaper

Saw Palmetto & Pygeum Extract Alone? No side effects? My hair has been thinning rapidly for 6 months now and I would just like to stabalize it where its at now. I dont have a baldspot, but my scalp is visable from the top. Im 20 years old. I was taking the Ultra hair by natures plus vitamins, and then I started reading about saw palmetto. At first, I was going to just take 160MG of saw palmetto alone, but then i came across this forum so I was wondering, is it safe to take the Country Life

yes i would say the side effects of the naturals are very rare
now when u say take it alone, im not sure what you mean, it wont hurt but if you ignore the maxi hair and minerals I think ur making a mistake
also you do not know if u will respond to the natural dht blockers but if u do, you should add a few more dht blockers, that usually enhances the results
I have been taking the vits and minerals for years, at least 20
i started on the saw palmetto in 1999 and it really helped me, and i gradually aded all the other dht blockers in my signature
as well as the dht blockers work, I would never stop my maxi hair, or minerals, my hair goes downhill fast without them

thank you for your quick response, but what else should I take with the Country Life Saw Palmetto & Pygeum Extract? A guy at a vitamin shoppe said he has been taking hair vitamins like the maxi hair and the natures plus for 27 years, and told me to stick with it. When i mentioned the saw palmetto, he said I wouldnt because of the side effects. Now I know that everyone is different, but Im seriously thinking about taking the saw palmetto because I do not want to use propecia. So with the Country Life Saw Palmetto & Pygeum Extract what else should I take? One of the Natures Plus Hair vitamins that says 2 tablets a day? Also How many tablets a day of the Country Life

2 per day the Maxi hair
Saw Palmetto pygeum is ok , you can also add nettles, like I take
some guys take also Beta sitosterol very powerful , my total pills is like hmm, if I take my whole regimen like 7 or 8 pills not that bad per day
the saw palmetto is not known for side effects, or the natural dht blockers in general, they do not affect dht the same way propecia does, they do not block production of it, and lower blood serum levels of DHT, they block the dht from attaching to the hair follicle
at least in theory
So hangin, How many of the Saw Palmetto with Peygum do you take daily? I know you said you take 2 of the maxi hair, I believe it says take 3 pills on the bottle. Is there a big difference between the natures plus and the maxi hair?
Also if you take 7-8 pills please tell me which ones of which, thank you so much.

I picked up my Maxi hair today and I plan on taking 2 daily, one in the morning one in the evening. I didnt buy the Saw palm with the Pygeum yet. My other question was, at what times and how many do you take. Do you take morning/night, or all at once. Also which of those vitamins do you think is the most important? Im also wondering how you take 2 saw palm with the pygeum as well as the 1 extra pygeum. What are the benefits of the Kal Amino Max as well as the beta sitosterol.

i take them all at once with my big meal of the day, times of day vary, sometimes i forgot
when i said pygeum saw palmetto, yes two, but I mistakenly said pygeum again, I meant nettles, see my signature, one nettles I believe 500mcg or mg however they measure it
Kal amino max is a chelated multi mineral, helps trendously with vitamin absorbtion, without the proper mineral balance vitamins are not even recognized by your body, and pass right through the digestive system without being absorbed, minerals in many cases are even more important than vitamins

Hey Hangin, After reading about a few others on this forum, Others are trying your regimine. I would like to also. Is there a website where I can buy all the stuff at for cheap? How much on average do you spend on your regimine every month or month and 1/2 If you could link me that would be great. Is the Nizoral Cream very necessary? So far, I just started taking those Maxi Hair Vitamins. Thanks alot for your help, I appreciate it alot. PS I Agree that keeping what you have is hard, and Id be fine keeping what I have now, even tho it kind of looks bad with the scalp visable, but somethings better then nothing. I saw some serious hairloss from the top in the past 6 months. I have a picture of my self exactly a year ago with a thick full head of hair. This past year, Ive thinned out visably on top. I guess my genetics are seriously kicking in at 20 years of age. My dad started thinning out in his late 30’s. NOT FAIR.

I started thinning at 21 and was going to be bald in about 5 yrs, my hair just shut down on top my bangs stopped growing , my hair was basically in a death mode. This was more than 20 yrs ago, i responded very well as far as delaying my MPB with vitamins and minerals, but, eventually if you do not address Dht , you will eventually go bald.
I was losing like 300 hairs a day in 1999 and had never tried anything other than the vitamins and diet so in desperation i added saw Palmetto , and within 2 wks my fallout went down to like 20 hairs per day, over the next few years i added pygeum, nettles, beta sitosterol and I have seen my hair stay the same and get better for the last 9 yrs so thats not bad, anytime you can maintain its good
the niz cream i just tried for two months, in june july, at first my hair was doing great then i got a shed, and thinning so i stopped using it, but then it grew back and I think overall i would say the hair is now in better shape than before, and my regimen I admittedly have been very erratic in taking it lately since i ran out of so much of it, I have to order it from the USA and have it shipped

Just a quick question. I noticed a dramatic change of color after using the bathroom and taking a piss after using the Maxi Hair Vitamins. I remember the same dark yellow color even with Natures Plus Ultra Hair, is this normal? Or does this mean something?
