This is a blog about how a woman regrew her hair solely from brushing.
Here are some excerpts:
“I have had such great results with regrowing my hair, that I can’t keep this to myself. If I could grow my hair back by just brushing, you can too! I desire to have everyone know that they have a chance of regaining hair they have lost.”
“Brushing stimulates blood circulation to the scalp. Hair follicles need that blood circulation in order to grow a strong, healthy hair.”
“My father always uses a brush. Though it is thinning and receding now, he had a good head of hair until well on in life. When he brushed, he brushed from the part across the top, then from the crown down the back. In doing this, he neglected the crown area. That is where he started balding.”
“I was told that one of my husband’s grandfathers was almost completely bald. In the last years of his life, he couldn’t get around well. He would sit and brush his head to pass the time. By the time he passed away, he had a full head of hair.”
Although this is a nice story, it has little consequence. Without reading this woman’s blog, I will guess that she suffers from Alopecia Areata or similar disease which spontaneously comes and goes. It is not wise for someone suffering from MPB to use a brush because the brush will lead to breakage of those fine, weak, MPB-affected hairs. It may help somewhat in the long run, but the short-term use of the brush (for a year or two) could prove to be disasterous.

JT…why don’t you read the “nice story” before you post a reply of which you know nothing about .
“Short-term use of a brush could be disasterous”???
You are obviously totally clueless.
I have been brushing now for about 1.5 years every day/morning and night. I have nothing but more hair and healthier hair as a result and many people have similar successful results.

» Was this a little jab at Widowspeak. Just where did you come from
» jtelecom?
I was wondering that too Kramer…
It appears Jtelephone is trying to send us a message.
Maybe WidowsPeak’s tremendous regrowth success is driving Jtelephone crazy.
Jealously will make baldies like Jt say crazy incoherent things.

Hey Hangin…yeah it’s amazing that this balding genius would make a post about a blog he never visited. He was responding by what he thought the blog might say…
The scary thought is that there are more out there like him among us.
» Diamond Dave, have you posted any pics of your hair? I think that a lot of
» people would be interested in seeing them.
Trust me blues…I’ve seen what happens when someone posts pics. Attack squads form to go after anyone with regrowth pics and they accuse you of everything in the book, such as:
You never had hair loss to begin with
You took blurry pics
Your "before and “after” pics are from different angles/lighting
Your “before” and “after” pics are 2 different people
You put pepper in your hair to fool us
You combed your hair differently for the “after” photo
I could go on and on and on…balding guys can’t stand to see good regrowth pics.

I heard that brushing your hair too much can cause hair loss from pulling out weak hairs.

agreed if you post pics you will regret it, doesnt matter how good they look the morons like jacob will lick their chops and have at it
never mind that they would never get the balls to post pics of their own

ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE.
Having weak hairs is EXACTLY why you start brushing your scalp.
Any weak hairs will start to grow back as strong terminal hair.
I’ve been at it for about 1.5 years and things are looking great but too many baldies think this is too easy and that they are “required” to use something from a box like Nogaine (a.k.a. Rogaine).

Exactly Hangin…thanks for the backup on this before some baldie claims that I am trying to hide something.
