Guys esp. those using beta sitosterol as a part of their Daily regime pls help me , i have been on Beta sitosterol 375 MG from SOURCE NATURALS.
I take 1 pill everyday of 375 MG from the past 2 years , Now somewhere on the inet I read that taking Beta sitosterol 375 MG Daily Lowers your Cholesterol Levels to "DANGEROUSLY LOW LEVELS ,and can actually cause a HEART ATTACK IN PERSON TAKING THIS from Long Time Frame i.e. 3 to 5 Years Continuiously , as it Drops the Total cholesterol to Dangerously low levels ( Including the HDL Levels ) Just want to know if this is true ? can i KILL Myself from taking it daily for say 5 years continuously ? I am 39 yrs with NORMAL Cholesterol Levels .
And i have Not sought any doctors advise before Taking the Tablets for so Long with No side effects . Guys who are regularly using this Bets sitosterol from 3 or 4 years Pls advise me , I am nervous and have hence stopped taking it .

If your worried switch to a lower dosage or whole plant (SP ) and get manufacturers advice.
As a rule, I feel that whole plant extracts are best.

I actually agree (maybe for the first time) with Pete. I am finding that whole plant extracts are more effective, and “natural,” if you will. Hence, I have begun using turmeric and Japanese knotweed extracts instead of just their isolated parts, curcumin and resveratrol.
I have used beta sitosterol in the past. And I am not a fan. “DHT blockers” like beta sitosterol, pygeum, pumpkin seed extract, saw palmetto, and nettles are outdated natural hair loss treatments. They can cause side effects similar to those experienced by Propecia users, and their effectiveness, for the majority of users, is short-term.

Jacob, if he were here, would tell you the same. And ImmortalHair dropped beta sitosterol from his top three/six, because poster after poster returned to the board, complaining of lowered libido, brain fog, and other “effects,” similar to those experienced by Propecia users.
Guys I TOLD you to help me ascertian if this Beta sitosterol 375 MG dose daily is Harmful or not for a Person like me who has Normal Cholesterol Levels , pls dont start a Debate , Just Normal Researched Answer pls help me . I have been on this supplement since 2 years Daily 1 tablet .

they must have been taking huge amounts of Beta sis
I have always recommended lower amounts i believe I was taking a 113mg pill but that was three pills to get that so divide by three so I was taking about 38mg
or 10 percent of what a lot of these guys take
I never experienced any loss in libido
however these guys taking 375mg yup I can believe that might happen, Beta sis is way too powerful
too many of these guys think the more you take of a supplement the more it works

thats way way too much
I take Source naturals 115 mg tablet and its 3 tablets to get that amount so my amount is about 38mg per day, it works great at that dosage

True. A lot of times this will happen after the effectiveness of these types of DHT blockers begins to wear off, which inevitably occurs. It doesn’t do any good though, and can be potentially quite dangerous.
