Best Hair Transplant Hairline Doctor

» Good post Greek!

That was a really good post greek. Hair characteristics, future planning, donor availability, family hairloss history… you covered all things to think about.

» My two favourite hairline Docs (and this is purely a personal opinion) are
» Dr Cole for the utterly natural “no longer bald” look. I’ve never seen an
» unnatural looking Cole patient and he achieves this with fewer grafts than
» many. That said, I think his approach suits older guys or people with less
» donor (which remember, some of these younger guys may become in a few years
» when their hair loss progresses).

Definitely Dr. Cole, I have always been a fan of his “less is more” look, efficient use of grafts and totally natural.

» I dont think there is such a thing as a good hairline doctor lol.
» A good doctor will give you a hairline that will look as natural as possible given your hair
» characteristics, degree of hairloss and future hairloss

Thegreek,

You make some good points but I cant agree with you on the above.

There are some docs that are better at creating more natural hairlines than others in my opinion.
From looking at plenty of results on the forums,I think theres a reason some surgeons get a good reputation for being 'specialists’in this area.
Going to a doc with a good track record , good techs ect might increase
your chances of better work , but it doesn’t automatically result in the same
level of artistry required to create a natural and appropriate hairline.

i dont think people here give enough credits to dr. arvind, his hairline is no less impressive than any other doctors mentioned in this thread.

Many posters dismiss Dr. A because he is too far away, I agree he is a very gifted doctor but he doesn’t do the Armani style hairlines that often.

I really do think there is a difference between having a perfectly natural looking hairline versus just having hair grow from a procedure in the hairline.

I can’t tell you how many people I have spoken with where they are happy with the growth they had but claim the grafts are coming in at different angles from their existing hair.

I think Armani has the best hairline from the research I have done.

Gabriel

definately dr rahal , iv seen alot of his hairline work from the dense to the thin and they all look totally natural , i think he is very underrated, im looking to restore my hairline and i will probaly opt for dr rahal , based on his consistant results

Dr.Armani by FAR!

I just had mt hairline/temples done last week or so, showed him reference pics, showed him pics of my old hairline, explained exactly how i wanted very natural hairline and temples where the hairline isnt just a wall of hair, and is slightly receeded norwood 1ish and slightly irregular like natural hairlines, and slightly irregular where the outer hairline comes down to meet the temples, and at the outer of the temples where the hair isnt as thick and has slight thinning like most people’s temples with no hairloss, and all i can say is that right now it looks absolutely AMAZING and i couldnt have asked for a better more natural result. I feel i got VERY lucky because i feel this is one of his best works. Absolutely looks like my old model hairline. I can gaurantee nobody will be able to notice a thing!

You’ll have to post a few photos for us Rawman showing us the hairline design

Yeah i tried this monring but my retarted camera kept shutting off i dont know what the hell is going on.

It does look awesome, but i really hope it grows out to look natural because i remember the techs saying that i was lucky most of my donor was doubles and triples, and i had singles put in the temples forsure that i know, so im just hoping there is enough in the front hairline to make it look natural. 8 days out i cant tell what the hell a single follicle unit looks like. I can always get more sinles in there in the future if i want. Im speaking way to early. Just first time HT nervous i guess.

I also wanted to post a pic of one side of my head because im a bit concerned about it, the donor looks thin in the one area compared to the rest. Hopefully this camera will work ive been having problems with it on and off lately dont know what the hell is going on.

I can always get more sinles in there in the future if i want.

Yeah, it’s easy to over analyze things at this stage in the game. Best to just focus on healing and not analyze too much. You went to one of the best doctors in all the world, have faith in your decision and don’t worry too much about how it will turn out. Before you know it you’ll be enjoying your beautiful new hairline

Oh forsure, most definetly. Again Dr.Armani did a PHENOMENAL job on my hairline/temple’s/zones 1 & 2.

Its just a kind of a psychological trip to look at your donor 9 days post op, but im pretty sure that when my hair grows out after a month nobody will be able to tell. After 2 weeks has passed im going to be applying copper peptides and other things to hopefully thicken the donor as much as possible and have some more advanced healing. Even though Dr.Armani said my donor was good, i beleive it could be a bit thicker who knows mabye i just need a boost with some vitamins or a short run of minoxidil on there, ect. There are hairs there that i see could be thicker, even though when my hair grows out long which i plan to keep it that way as i look my best with longer hair, it starts to look thicker the longer it grows out. I also just started Propecia maybe 1 week prior to my procedure, so im sure that will aid in donor thickening aswell. I was on Fin for 3 months striaght a couple months ago but ran out and wasnt on it for a couple months.

When HM or something else comes along in 10 years or whatever then i’ll just get the hairs put back into my donor so if i want to shave it totally once in a while i can.

Pats, how many doubles and triples did you have put into your temples? They look very natural. Did you put any singles in temples too?

Thanks.

Mostly singles are used to build a natural looking hairline. This was the case with my procedure as well. Dr. Armani is a master at natural looking temple closure. You are going to be very happy!

Nice, thanks for the reply, and i cant wait!

Oh, i wanted to ask, after 1 month has passed and i can touch the grafts, can i use copper peptides, ect, along with dr.armani’s minoxidil in the recepient area? Can i actually rub a something like Proxiphen or follogen cream in 1 month post op? These are supposed to offer additional help in the growth process. Thanks!

Will do, my donor is starting to turn normal colour again and starting to look a lot better! Again im extatic with the hairline/temple design and i cant wait until 18 months from now! I have to make a seperate thread sharing my great experience with the Armani clinic because they were extremely warm and caring people and i couldnt have had a better experience there. Im REALLY happy with my desicion to go with Alvi Armani let me tell you!

I am impressed with both Dr. Wong and Dr. Cole. Dr. Wong is my choice for strip and Dr.Cole for FUE-CIT. A hair line is what makes a result pleasing. If I get a hair line done, it would be done right the first time. I couldn’t imagine going to have my hair line repaired!!!

Yeah, your donor area will thicken up dramatically and quickly.
