Anyone ever do a Patent Search on "Follicle Stem Cells"?

You’ll find quite a few applications. Some older ones from MIT, some newer ones from the Seoul National University Industry Foundation. Most of it goes beyond my comprehension, but it’s interesting to see the research is fairly active in this area.

Just goes to show not all hope is pinned on just 1 group. Hair research is gaining interest, and not only for it’s hair growing possibilities. Maybe someone with a real disease will benefit.
