I did, because of something I thought was finasteride sideeffect but recently I resumed because it was caused by something else.

I was off propecia for 2 months only. So I can’t say much.

If you are gettting results with prop i would say stay on it, if you are getting side effects and want to drop it, try some natural DHT blockers, Saw Palmetto Pygeum, Nettles, Green Tea, Beta Sitostrol, etc

The simplest place to start is to look at what shampoos would help with hairloss:

  1. Piroctone Olamine shampoo
  2. Essential oil blend
  3. Anti inflammation shampoos

Yeah, I only usd saw palmetto. I should have added something more but the shed scared me so I went back to Propecia.
