What an amazing thread. This thread is extremely impressive. This guy’s results are a testament to the great work and longevity that the Armani clinic puts forth. The results are fantastic.
» are you kidding me? it’s just wrong to give someone that much density,
» besides I think his hairline is too straight.
Ipod, If you do not like the design of the hairline, that is fine. I do not believe the patient was asking for your approval on the look he is wanting.
You do seem to be ignoring the fact that 7 years later this patient’s result has held up perfectly and looks exactly the same as it did 1 year post op.
The patient desired a high density result. The hairline was designed by Dr. Armani and the patient together.
His hairline and result looks very natural. The patient is very happy with his result. 7 Years later it still looks amazing.
Great result, where’s the before shots? Oh and you remind me of Peter Parker (Spiderman)

Mind telling us why you think you get to decide how much is too much density? What a sad world it would be if everyone who wanted more density would be told that no, sorry, that’s just too much density for you. Very weird answer. It looks perfectly natural and if he likes the more straight hairline, that’s his business and he is the one who should ultimately find satisfaction with it.
