I think this might actually be the big one. This is the best hope I’ve seen. This looks even more hopeful than RU made by a real drug company. This is really cool because ACELL just sort of came out of nowhere and there won’t be some big wait for FDA approval. Drs just need to toy with this stuff a little and see if it will do what it looks like it will do. This could be an available complete and satisfying treatment in just a matter of months, not years.

I’m as excited as you are but lets play it safe here…we dont want to crash our hopes yet another time.
Here is something that make me somehow optimistic about Acell, its seomthing maneless just mentioned…Acell is almost here by "coincidence"for MPB…Looking back into the book of History we realise that the biggest inventions are here thanks to the good will of coincidence…How many inventions have been discovered after some random manipulation ? how many inventions are now used for things that they were not intended for in the 1st place ?( Acell might fit into the last category)

Hey Guys!!!
This sounds awesome!! But how will it give us full NW1 hair again…im going to keep cutting the back of my head and regrowing hair for unlimited donor supply…i havent heard any thinh about this in TV…this would be all over th media…Like Follica…Follica is going to be the one!! They actualy had pics of it working …Human skin with lots of hair sprouting and they are working hard on it…I hope this ACEll stuff works too believe me…I pray for it to be an awesome drug that will grow hair…but i need to see proof!!!

The manufacturers of ACELL did not initially know what they had. They were thinking that their product could be used for animal applications. They certainly didn’t think of the implications to baldness in humans. Any human studying done looks like it was done to heal wounds faster and they didn’t inititally think about applications to baldness. I read somewhere that the military uses it on our troops after the troops are injurred. I think the idea of using it to treat hairloss is something that just crossed their minds. But the stuff is already avaliable for animals and I think for humans too so if it’s avail for humans for any reason then ht doctors can toy with it. And toying with it simple in this case. All they have to do is put some of this stuff on the donor area of a patient who gets flap surgery (not plug surgery because the plugs are too small and besides flaps would be the better and quicker way for us to get our hair back) after the doctor harvests the donor tissue to be grafted to the bald area instead of suturing/closing the donor area. Lots of flap doctors should be agreeable to trying this and if it works to replenish the skin/hair in the donor area then mpb will be beaten for the most part. There will still be guys who have donor areas with thin fine sparse hairs so they won’t get back a full head of hair unless they can first thicken their donor areas up somehow. I think I know a few ways they might be able to do that.
