» The most important aspect of this problem, which I think needs to be

» HairSite, is there a way to prevent this or to make it easier (or more

I believe there is a feature that allows people to date stamp the posts or mark them as read. I will have to find out for sure how it works.
For me, I usually just go by the threads’ COLOR. The color changed once the post is read and that’s how I usually tell.
This is NOT the final product yet. There are already several enhancements and customization in the works, please keep the feedback coming so that I can add them to the list.
To the RIGHT of each thread, there is a little icon that looks like this, click it and it will give you a linear view. This feature will be improved very shortly.
» I would just like to say.the new look forum is great looking.
Thank you. This is NOT the final version yet. There will be enhancements and customization made to the forum very very soon. I am gathering all the feedback at this point so that I know what needs to be changed.

You should have ONE full day to edit your post. Let me know if you are unable to do so. But this is ONLY for registered members. If you posted as a guest or unregistered member, then you will not be able to edit your post. Please go to this link to register an account and you will be able to edit your post http://www.hairsite.com/hair-loss/register.php

» I noticed the email option, are we able to email one and each other,or have
» I got this wrong.
Only if you are a registered member and if you turn on the email feature in the user menu.

» What happen if someones no good at maths to do spam protection check. We

The math hurdle is for people who wants to post without logging in. If you register an account, you will not be prompted to do the math each time you post.

I think that when you press refresh / mark all as read which are the little red circular arrows then all the arrows next to the posts turn grey. The problem is that they do not seem to turn grey from red when they are read.
Just athought; the board view that shows all of the posts has a very small icon rather than the previous “view all” icon. Could this be madfe bigger. Good luck with the teething troubles anyway.

YES, already taken care of. You will see bigger icons for VIEW ALL when the script has been upgraded. thanks…
is there a way, when you’re registered and want to answer a post, to be brought directly to the login page and then to the answer post ? That used to be that way in the old forum and was useful for a quick answer & login combo. At present time, if one wants to answer a post, one has to first login and then re-find the post where to answer, it’s a bit redundant sometimes …
Unfortunately, not possible at this point, that may be a major script change and I am not sure if that can be done just yet.
However, if you really want to, you can still post a quick reply without logging in. The forum will ask ask you do a simple math calculation and then you can post without logging in. But you will have to slightly modify your username, make it FataEvolution2 or something like that.
