Dear readers and those that may have got hair transplanted by outdated methods,
Unfortunately there are still thousands (if not more) of people who have undergone plug grafts in past. Most among them do not do further research and settle for a cap or wig.
I hope this case gives them hope. With correct hair restoration techniques its possible to get a natural look again.

Yes, due to the large visible plugs from his first surgery, A28 used to wear a hair system.

This is another one that I like very much, almost the same as the one Dr. Bisanga did, also with 2500 grafts with the exact same style. Both very nice.

That is the intention of this thread. Too many people get hair transplants by outdated methods and spend rest of their life under a hat.
