Hey gc even if its tedious and boring, please take a picture ever day, i know its boring but as you can see this keeps trolls away and naysayers.
btw this question goes to everyone here, am i correct when i say that i see many, many, many multiple hair follicles which have smaller hair because they did regrow? i see almost everywhere two hair follicles.
so how on earth could gho split a two hair follicle so exactly that it generates another two hair follicle? (dont answer it, because its a rhetorical dumb ass question)
to answer the question, gho prefers to work on severe cases rather then normal NW6 baldies for example, seems that its his ego or something, which is not bad because if something works on severe cases, it will work on normal baldies also
anyway i like IMs pdf file, but if i could give one single criticism here towards this pdf.
it would be nice if we would have text in it, like telling exactly the patients history in a few sentences, graft count, rejection by other clinics etc.
but thats just a minor complaint. but i can tell you, that if there would be such a well documented PDF file, i would send it to news agencies and all clinics i know.
and yes i am honest, i really wanna break the neck of those FUt mills (yes for personal reasons)

Hey Gaz, I want to see the preop pics to see if all the removed hairs grow back.
If that were the case, this would mean that the splitting theory is wrong.
Does this mean that Gho can multiply hair sustainedly? Not necessarily.
When I see the long term result, if these regrown hairs can cycle, total number of transplanted hairs, etc, we will tell.
Gaz, I see that you are hungry for hair, and you are ready to push this technique to the limit. We will see how much restoration can Gho achieve on you.
I think during the next couple of years we will progressively be answering all the questions.
If your bald area can be covered with 2 passes, (lets say 4000 grafts total) and your donor stays fit, that would be wonderful.
It would also be good to have another patient posting pictures like you are, but a patient who has genuine alopecia (DHT type). Your case is special. You don’t have standard alopecia.
SD I can assure you the splitting theory is wrong, at least in my mind! Lets assume I have almost no 3 hair grafts, maybe I have 5%. Anyway in the recipient area all/most of the grafts are 2 hair grafts, maybe 70% 2 hair grafts.
Also we can see in the donor no 3 hair grafts in the untouched areas, I’m sure there will be some, but like I said maybe 5%. Surely to produce 2 hair grafts in the donor you would have to begin with 3 or more first if you were splitting? Correct me if I’m wrong because I can’t see what else you mean here.
I will get the before 2nd surgery pic, I’m just waiting for them to respond about my 3rd session enquiry first and once confirmed I’ll ask them to email me the picture.
I’m not selfish in anyway, but if anyone decides to see Gho after seeing my photos then please tell him you’ve seen the scarred alopecia patient photos and that he deserves discount for bringing him customers
I’ll of course keep posting photos, the next one will be Thursday, i’ll cut the hairs slightly shorter in the area we are looking at if they are too long!

I’m not at home at the moment and haven’t got the camera with me, but I can assure you I had the recipient looking absolutely perfect on sunday night, all cleaned up nicely. So 1 week will just about do you for time off work.

Definitely and without any doubts - but my paper is still not done.
So far some details …
53 extraction sites/wounds (all in the same small extraction area) - VERY closely observed and reviewed:
37 regrowth sites 9 no regrowth sites 7 unclear sites (simply not clearly visible due to overlapping from shaved hairs = discarded for now)
= 46 clearly to review/follow (day 1 to day 7) extraction sites/wounds:
80% regrowth up to day 7
<20% no regrowth up to day 7
It’s IMPOSSIBLE (especially in this case) to have so many 3 or 4-hair follicular units within such a small observed area for “useful splitting FU’s” with so much regrowth! NO WAY! NO WAY!

Even ALL those “no regrowth sites” look still “promising” (it’s just up to day 7 reviewed!!)…

I can guarantee you that within the coming 5-10 years or so, with Gho’s HST technique, you will ALWAYS see MUCH more hair regrowth in the recipient as well as donor site …
