I live in London, not too far from the clinic. 1400 grafts, i wish it was more. I buzz cut my hair, and have been doing so for most my life (29 years old now), so taking pictures of my donor is not a issue.
I cant do multiple treatments with gho. Hes just too expensive. My plan is get this procedure, and then combine it with MHT treatment in london. Google it.
Many will frown at it, but its a buzz cutters saviour, and can add the illusion of density. Then I’ll get another HT, either with gho or someone else. Who knows, by then MAYBE one of these ‘future treatments’ like replicel or histogen or whoever will be on its way by then.
Im booked in for May some time, cant remember the exact date right now. Any suggestions to properly measure donor regrowth is welcome…
If I get 80% regrowth with gho, and a good recepient yield, I may stick with him for future treatments.
So theres 3 of us now. GC, myself, and one other on the B-Truth forum. We’ll all know if gho is for real soon enough

Can you ask him to give you more like 2000-2400 grafts or so, I dont get it even nw7 cld get 2000 grafts, besides 80% will grow back.

Maybe, but in general it’s NOT always so easy and depends on many factors…
For example
(scroll down to the 1000 FUE grafts patient)
gc’s case is even more complicated because he is a scarring alopecia patient.
page 2: Once a scarring alopecia has reached the burnt-out stage and there has been no more hair loss for a few years, bald areas can be either surgically removed if they are not too big or the bald patches can be transplanted with hair follicles taken from unaffected areas.

moopookoo, How long do you think it would take to do 2400 FUE?
It’s possible because they told me they managed to do 2450 on a patient recently in Maastricht, but I think it took close to 12 hours from what one of the technicians was saying. So I think it’s more ideal to get these bigger procedures done where they are actually based, more staff, more hours in the day, the spend loads of time facking about on planes and commuting from Holland wasting valuable time.
As for meeting up discussing this in person, I’m happy to post pictures online, but I’m not up for that yet, it’s something I’d only do after I’d had all the procedures done.

Anyway yes Im planing to go to Gho maybe in abt 6 months time, he told me 1200-1400 grafts in session 1 followed by 1or 2 more…only thing that holds me back is white dots and I want to be able to have option to shave, its nice to have options…i wanna see how few of you go and wanna see dean saunders donor before im ready
You should have asked Gho haw many doctors has he trained so far in his technique and why none of these trained docs is not opening these franchased clinics yet? Either no interest from anyone or takes too long to train/learn

I’ve asked him sh*t loads tbh, I’ve only just noticed they have a clinic in Vienna, have they always had that or is that a new addition? Because on all the emails they send me it only says London, Maastricht and Amsterdam.

Ah ok. You can always request a call back from their website, you could ask a few questions and more specifically how the waiting list is looking because I think 6 months might be optimistic depending on where your looking to have the treatment. You’d be a hero for doing that, and tell us exactly what they said to your questions.

Dr. Gho explained that S. Kobren in the video-interview. Most docs are from ASIA (do you speak Mandarin or so?) - but so far nobody e.g. from the USA, because the doctors over there are already so extremely good. This doctor, for example, …
… cuts out himself a big fleshy part from the back of his head for some hairs into his crown area. This procedure is called “The Golden Standard” in the USA,
because it works so good even for doctors over there ( )
So why should they use “The Platinum Standard” from the Netherlands, when they have “The Golden Standard” over there??

I did ask, he insisted that 1400 grafts is enough. He said its better to have fewer grafts and the yield is better and regeneration.

Donor healing looks really good… I think its too early to be guessing if hairs are growing out or not. We should just wait a few more days.

The photo below just shows a small, enlarged/zoomed area from your day-3-photo. It doesn’t matter which small area within the whole area you highlight – everywhere the same situation if you try the same yourself.
So what we expect to see next week (7-10 days after)
are fine hair fibers emerging within the green cycles (extraction spots).
Within some of these yellowish/reddish extraction spots – it already looks good so far!
