This patient was 36 years of age at the time of his hair transplant via FUE totaling 2180 grafts and 4830 hairs. He has been experiencing hair loss since his mid twenties and has been using oral finasteride and topical minoxidil for 2 years to stop the progression of male pattern baldness. Hair loss runs in his family but only on his mother's side. The amount of thinning varies but ranges up to a Norwood class 5A.
