2119 fue 0-6 months hair line and temple point rebuild dr. bisanga

Our patient had a previous surgery at another clinic with mixed results, his hair line and behind was left thin as you can see from the before pictures. The goals were to improve the hair line quality and round off the temple points slightly to give a more natural line to the sides rather than an acute angle.

Here we have his Pre BHR, placement and comparisons until 6 months post operation with Dr. Bisanga

6 MONTHS POST PROCEDURE

I’ll be the first to say that he doesn’t need a hair transplant.

Maybe so, the hair line he has BEFORE we performed this surgery was not his natural hair line, it was from a previous HT. We do not have pictures pre op pictures when he was a virgin scalp, so this was a repair.

The hair direction and angles were off and the density low on the hair line and behind, all had to be be repaired. We did not see him pre any surgery or have pictures so cannot tell you how he was then. Here are some closer pictures pre op BHR.

I agree with stephen…
Btw what was patients age?

Mid to late 30s age wise.

His previous hairline was fine, he s probably the only one who sees the imperfection, many of us have no problem settling for a hairline like that. He is having 2119 grafts this time and let’s say he had 3000 grafts before he went to see Bisanga, over 5000 grafts gone already just like that. Not worth it in my opinion, sorry.

No reason to be sorry, at the end of the day hair loss is totally subjective, one man’s unhappiness the other man’s heaven, c’est la vie; his hair line looks natural and he is very happy, and no reason to assume his previous numbers, he could have had as little as 500 before for that matter, with a strong donor allowing to treat future loss.

This case reminds me of my own hairline repair with another clinic.

IMO, it makes a HUGE difference.

Nice work.

He blatently needed his hairline fixed, looked terrible before, you cant tell anything from pics anyway, my Wellsbourne hairline looked good in pics and terrible in real life.

Looks very like my situation today. Little pluggy and thin in front, and very thinning behind transplants… Any update on this patient today?

I must say I disagree with some of the posters here. He really needed a fix, and looks much better now.
