It is a pleasure to share with the forum a new result obtained through the procedure performed at the HDC Clinic by Dr Michalis and the medical team.
The approach was to obtain a good coverage with decent density using a reasonable amount of grafts, the reason were basically economic.
Now the objective will be to continue with the crown with a similar approach.
Below you can examine the evolution since before to one year after.

Wow, this is exceptional, if you didn’t say anything about the crown, I would have believed that 2800 grafts gave this guy a full head of hair which we all know is impossible. Pics can be very deceptive sometimes.
» » Now can you post a picture where he isn’t using a concealer?

Why get angry over a statement like that? It is too good to be true to have thick density like this using only 2800 grafts, you have more pics?

I think it looks good. Considering the back area isn’t that dense, I think 2800 is plausible considering they’ve concentrated to make the front(the most important area if you aren’t getting a larger amount of grafts done) to look great.
I think companies have a right to be angry when people just blast unsubstantiated comments on here without knowing the facts themselves.

i have mixed feelins about hdc pictures and results, some look good, very good, some i think are poor. Sometimes get critised nt fairly and sometimes faily. This one i do’t like, i know they spread the grafts because they said so but the way his hair is combed doesn’t show reality, it looks like it’s combed in every direction to cover up thin areas, combed back to front and the sides up. The hair line looks ok so why not just show relaity and not cover it all up. Can you post other pictures with normal hair style.

What happen is that is the patient who opted for comb his hair like this, at the HDC clinic we don´t have an stylist who comb the hair of the patients, so considering your proposal I wonder what the people would think if the patient appear in the pics with an specific hair style made for the occasion, in my opinion it is more realistic to show how the patient are moving with his life and how he looks in the normal day, the people would prefer to see how he looks with a prefabricated hair style or without comb the hair?, in this case the patient opted for this style, which in my opinion looks great for him, an HT is an illusion of density and coverage and this case is an example of what we can do with a reasonable amount of grafts, the way that the patient comb his hair after it can make a difference, I believe so, but first of all what you need is to have hair in order to comb it, this patient recovered the hair in the front, the way that he will comb its his decision.

ok escar, no problem I understand you say he combs his hair like that, not sure its the best style for him but his choice. By the way, i was looking at your website and you do have stylist there, HDC - Hair Transplant, Restoration and Treatment Centre , not saying they did his hair but you are not really correct in what you said
Of course this is my opinion, and I can’t prove it, but it sure looks like scalp paint to me…
Look at the 6th picture down. The flash hits the scalp and it appears shiny and dark in color. You can see where the hairs are and where the scalp is dark.
I am a concealer user, and this is exactly what it looks like. I’d like to hear other’s opinions, especially from concealer users.
Aside from the appearance of a concealer (IMHO), this density is hard to swallow for 2800 hairs…

C´mon man, once again, the scalp looks dark just exactly where the hairs was placed, check again please and you will see, and also please, dont make statements like that if you dont know, I believe that every patient of HDC will be happy to respond to any question from everybody who wants to know how the pics were taken, or how the procedure was performed, or any question related to the procedure, then you can extract your own conclusions then you can post these conclusions with some knowledge and with more substance.

» Thank you.
Concealer or not, it is typically not possible to cover that much area and with that much density using a mere 2800 grafts, that goes against the kind of results I normally see on the internet.
