Who knows, but you can bet if they extend phase II for another 6 months to a year we won’t see phase III till 2009 which means there won’t be a 2010 release.
As an aside not does anyone remember the name of the Japanese compnay that makes these ultra thin hair replacement products. I saw it on the Discovery channel once but I can’t remember the name.

Yeah your right Hairsite the company is called Propia and the product is Hair Contact. Looks like it has been out for a while. I wonder why it isn’t in North America yet?

UK is EST +5, so I’d expect it by noon tomorrow.
However, this outfit seems less than professional. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t make a statement for a few more days.
Whatever happens, there’s a bright side: they are closing in on the technology. If its not ICX, it will be someone else. That’s no comfort to you NW3+s out there, but for the younger members who are just starting to thin, they may never have to experience significant loss. 5-10 years there will most certainly be much more effective treatments.
