Hi has anyone ever heard of his product ?> Is it the same guys from Follica .
No, it was for the once-promising drug FK506 (aka Tacrolimus), which I believe was supposed to rival the effects of minoxidil and is an immunosuppressant in the same class as Cyclosporine.

I was on FK506 for one year after my bone marrow transplant in 1995. It is a immunosuppressant and since your immune system is compromised, it leaves you open to infections of all sorts. In 1995 a thirty day supply cost close to $600.00. I was told at the time that they were also using it for patients receiving liver transplants.

Topical tacrolimus at concentrations of 0.1% are very safe over short to medium term useage. I’m using it as a topical immunosuppressant when wounding. As topical tacro can also be used on children, it is nothing like as severe as cyclosporine which I would not touch unless I was dying.
I can’t recall how much I paid but it was quite cheap although the tubes are very small. You don’t need to use much of it.
