sebum buildup I think to me this is typcally known as dandruff and it difficult to even shampoo out

I have found its caused by excess fats and sugars in the diet and can be mitagated by certain B Vitamins and also minerals

Wrong MPB…We are not all the same people. That was Hangin’s stupid idea when he was pretending he was Perry Mason and solved the caper of “Diamond Dave is really Widowspeak”. Hangin was disbarred for stupidity.

If you go to Dr. Cutsinger’s forum you would realize nobody likes Widowspeak and that includes me. Widows has cussed me out before because I did not agree with the King. Just looked at how he talked to David on that one thread about David having a slow night. That is typical Widowspeak.

The only person talking to himself here is Maneless with his own personal category.

The Dave

Sebum is the oil secreted by the sebaceous glands around the hair. It can help to hold in DHT, which can cause thinning and hairloss. The purpose of shampooing is to rid the scalp of excess oils and other dirt. So, it seems like you can’t just rinse it out with water, as oil and water don’t mix. Shampoos grab onto oil and take it away as the shampoo is rinsed.

I agree that the diet can affect the health of the scalp, hair, and oils.

if you do some research you will find that excess fats and sugars in the diet cause excess sebum in the scalp, I had a terrible problem with this before i started dht blockers

the dht seems to somehow aggravate this sebum secretion, tremendously, and since i added my dht blockers, the excess sebum problem has decreased to where it is no longer a problem

Hey Diamond,

Good to see you back posting. I would not be surprised if MPB(MGD) is actually Widowspeak. The reason I say this is he is the exact same ass as Widowspeak whenever he doesn’t agree with you. Almost identical to a tee.

Yes what The Dave says is true. Everybody hates Widowspeak. Picture Frank Burns from Mash 4077th and than picture Widowspeak.

no matter how much not shampooing may help your hair, you also need a super hair vitamin and also good multi mineral

go read up on nutrition and the hair, and biotin especially
if you do and you dont think after that , that you need a good amount of Biotin, 2000mcg per day, you will be surprised how much difference it makes, also MSM and horsetail

hair needs to be nourished

if you are cutting out a toxic subtance in shampoo, great, that helps
but lots of other things can benefit hair ,

in my opinion anyone who is not using a super hair vitamin and mineral and MSM and Horsetail, will be shocked at the difference they make
