According to Google, the most commonly-searched word along with the string “Daphne Zohar” is “education”.
Then go on any of the sites featuring bios of D.Z., such as PureTech Ventures or Follica, and check out her bio and look for where she was educated, and in what.

why does it matter to you if it does or does not.
By the way Daphne Zohar is not a doctor, her job is not finding a cure, its to make alot of people alot of money.
» » its to make alot of people alot of money.
»
» I can think of a few other schemes which made “alot of people alot of
» money”, too, but I won’t mention them here.
They are a biotech company trying to develop a hair treatment. If you or any other dope spend money on a product is not fully tested then you deserve to get scammed.
Did you notice in her bio that she was named “one of the world’s top young innovators who will shape the future of technology” by MIT’s Technology Review magazine. You do know what MIT stands for.
Instead of worrying about “Dr. Z.” and her bio, why don’t you look up the real doctors and their research and other related research by other doctors that are similar to what follica is trying to do. Then form your conclusion based off of that and come back hear and have a normal discussion. Because what they are doing is based off of 10+ years of research .
I have to ask what is your purpose? What do you get out of posting hear? I am curious.
Daphne Zohar is just an opportunistic bussiness woman with powerful contacts in the jewish community. The most important ones: her father, and her husband. Without them, she is nothing.
She is not an inventor nor a researcher, as her embellished curriculum tries to suggest. She is just a bussinesswoman.
She has participated in several patents, but she is often just the “applicant”, not the inventor, and when she appears as the “inventor” (together with others) I doubt that she is really the inventor.
I am not saying that Follica is a scam. The powerful guys around her, could bring something serious. I don’t know. I am not researched deeply. I know that Daphne is just a daddy girl, but the other guys could have good substance.

Spanish Dude, I think you are right about Miss Zohar. It’s obvious she’s not a doctor or a scientist, otherwise her bio would state where she went to school and what her degree is in.
True, there are some high-powered docs and scientists around her, but the fact that this company was originally founded on one person’s business contacts, rather than a scientific research effort, is a bit disturbing.
It looks like their profit motive is primary, and their effort to leverage the scientific backgrounds of the others is something that comes in a distant second.

I lost every ounce of respect for you with those comments. They were disrespectful, sexist, biased, and stupid.

Hey “rev”, are you the latest manifestation of “John the Revelator”?
Spanish Dude was not being sexist, I think he’s just telling it like it is. If you can find what Daphne Zohar’s academic qualifications are in biomedicine, then you have better research skills than anyone here.
For the life of me I can’t begin to understand why someone would post such nonsensical statements. The company/science is built around the work of Dr. Cotserelis (sp?), that’s all that is relevant. Do you need the resume of the guy/girl that works in the mail room? Really?, really?..really!!! what is the point of your post? I assume you’re just trying to be a smart ass for the purpose of getting a rise out of people. Classy.
LMAO. Come on, bro. Any business’s motive is profit, otherwise, they wouldn’t be in business.
Daphne is a businesswoman. And she’s hooked up with some top scientists to bring a product to market. This is also known as the bio-pharmaceutical business. What is the problem here, exactly?

no doubt, and chauvinistic. Quite frankly, I didn’t know members of the Taliban posted on hairsite.
True Roger. I don’t know how Zohar is representing Follica. She has not had any scientific background.
She has participated in several business, all of them quite diverse, and it seems that she has no special areas of interest. Just making money selling anything (I am not saying that this is bad, just pointing out a fact).
-Importing “Perestroika Watches” from Russia
-A patent about a purse for pantyhoses. He is the applicant of the invention, not the inventor. But in Puretech site, they say that Zohar was “The Inventor”. They are lying.
-A Olive Oil business (her husband was the creator).
-A shoe for racehorses.
And about her education, I don’t know. She seems to have had some bussiness studies. Two “Enterpreneur Programs”. I don’t know what they mean.
This is from Puretech site:
Zohar was born and raised in Israel and came here to attend Newton South High School. But she was so advanced academically that she graduated well ahead of the classmates her age. For college, she sought out the entrepreneur program at Northeastern University. Upon graduating, she was one of 28 students accepted into the entrepreneur program at Tefen Entrepreneurial Incubator Program. Rather than a degree, graduates leave college with a business. There she developed her first product: a decorative plastic pouch that women can use to store an extra pair of nylons in a purse. <<<
