Weight-Training and Hair loss

can any one throw some more light on this… I read somewhere that though aerobic exercises are good for hair-growth(perhaps as stress buster or sth) but serious weight training may lead to further hair-loss due to excessive production of testosterone… is that true?

How does this relate to hair multiplication?

Lifting weights has nothing to do with hair loss.Pump away but stay away from steroids,especialy oil based steroids like Decca & Sus because they will thin your hair out.
