B vitamins are crucial to healthy hair, thus you look at Maxi hair and Ultra Hair and see that they are loaded with Bs,

Biotin is critical for protein synthesis, and since all of the B vitamins are water soluble, it should be in a timed release formula, ideally, if you are taking supplements.

There was once a study done on rats where all the biotin was removed from the rats’ diet. The rats went totally bald. Interesting

You must take a good chelated multi mineral or have a super mineral laced diet, if the vitamins are to work properly and be recognized by the body, during digestion , and be absorbed properly. If the correct balance of minerals is not present, the vitamins will not even be recognized by the body and will pass right through the digestive system without being absorbed properly.

Broad spectrum vits/mins are good idea for health - however additional factors such as cholesterol, insulin and hormonal balance are just as important.

For mpb balancing ones hormones will help to reduce hairloss and balancing the immune response topically should help to regrow hair.

Pete

Thanks for the information Hairsite.

Hangin’, everything that you have learned thus far has come from a book or from someone, like Hairsite, taking time to post information. Be thankful!

That’s right! You go to a book or someone that explains to your simple ass in medical terms what has, will, or is likely to occur. As such, yours is not an “opinion:” It is a mere retelling of fact(s), using a terminology that someone else created.

And that is all you do! So don’t get it twisted, Buckwheat.

HanginIn There,
My job here is to provide information on hair loss and related issues which I collect from various sources- online and other sources. This serves two purposes -

  1. Members get to know about various things
  2. Members can discuss about the information I have provided.

And FYI, the information I provide here are not cut and pasted (except for the studies which I quote).

(I dont think I can give my personal opinion on the sources of Vitamin A, iodine or whatever. These are all proven facts and are found in literature)

you are a dumbass

I learned what i know about nutrition from yes books and TRIAL AND error,
this is something youu know nothing about

i should be thankful because hairsite admin takes 4 seconds to google…hair loss and nutrition? and cuts and pastes what he finds? LOL a monkey can do that, just like you

You learned what you know through books (a few), the Internet, people, and some trial and error. So what? And then, your simple ass tries to pass off factual statements as “opinions.” What a gas!

Are you telling this board that after 20 years of research, a powerful DHT blocking regimen, complete with vitamins and minerals, is all you can come up with? Ridiculous. And you want this board to respect your regimen, why? Because it made your hair long enough on the sides, so that you can comb it over your bald crown?

Sorry Buckwheat, I can’t do it. Not in good faith, anyway.

And now you are belittling the administration too? Not a nice thing to do  .

a regimen is judged by its effectiveness

mine works great on me and a lot of other guys

does yours? Please list the board members using yours?

and while you are at it, prove yours even works at all. So far you supposedly had a great regimen, several years ago, and then opps i guess not you completely DUMPED your previous regimen because you were shedding like mad, RAPIDLY BALDING, and getting see through hair…hmmmmmm sounds like you are a definite hair loss pro in choosing regimens :expressionless: :rotfl:

oh and here is more proof mine works and yours doesnt

you are absolutely deathly afraid to get a camera and snap some pics of your imaginary regrowth

True.

» mine works great on me and a lot of other guys

False. Your crown is still very bald. So you’ll excuse me if I don’t find that to be “great.” You couldn’t even produce temporary peach fuzz on your crown, until you added Nizoral to your regimen. What a gas!

You posted photos of someone whose temples were receding, and Jacob called you on it. After being challenged, you took the photos down in a fit of anger, never to post them again.

“A lot of guys” on your regimen, huh? My, oh my. Please name them.

Hangin,

Have you stopped using the niz topical?

Ill update you when I find something that is strong enough to reverse crown…its very near!

Pete

» False. Your crown is still very bald.

bald ,see throgh? whats the difference. You confirmed yourself your temples and crown are now see through, which is a few months shy of bald…so you are claiming your new regimen is so great and it cant even solve this ?they will soon be slick bald, give them about a year…hey at least you have something to look forward to that you can rely on…unlike all those women who have left you

»So you’ll excuse me if I don’t

Have you ever regrown hair on a 10 yr old bald area? NOPE…so what is your claim to superiority. You cannot even regrow hair on see through areas that have just lost the hair…the more recent the hair loss, the easier the regrowth. It should be very easy for you, if your regimen actually works…to regrow thinning areas that recently lost the hair in that area…Your pitiful regimen is incapable of even this feat…and you confirm this by your ball less refusal to post pics…:lol3:

plenty of guys have come on the board using my regimen and thanking me, remember how you sobbed like a schoolgirl, and said those guys using my regimen must all be newbies…tsk tsk. name one person who uses your regimen, name one person who came on the board saying, your regimen stabilized his hair loss? you gutless pussy

I also notice when you reply to me one by one you delete the portions you are too cowardly to respond to…:rotfl:

hey at least you dont have to be paranoid about guys trying your regimen and saying it doesnt work…You cant even get anyone who is brave enough to volunteer to try it, …not after your see through hair confession…that pretty much scared them all away

nizoral topical worked very well on me , but
it freaked me out the shed i got, which took abuot 6 months to regrow, even though it regrew stronger than before
so i stopped it

i think i was using it and leaving it on too long
i was leaving the cream on every day, for 12 hours or so, they say you dont need to use it every day, and thats too long to leave it on…considering the shampoo stays on your head only …what , a few minutes at most

I can see it helping with slowing hairloss by helping the inflammation component. For regrowth youd probably need something that increases SOD levels locally aswell as increasing bloodflow locally!

…its very near!

What is?

» bald ,see throgh? whats the difference. You confirmed yourself your
» temples and crown are now see through, which is a few months shy of

False. Eight months ago, my hair was thinning. Now, it is not. Eight months ago, your crown was bald. And it is still bald.

» Have you ever regrown hair on a 10 yr old bald area? NOPE…so

Look at the curcumin/resveratrol study in my signature. Men achieved regrowth in bald areas of the scalp: " In bald patients, the hair, sometimes of the original color restarted to grow even after the ablation of the white hair."

Most of the supplements in my signature are contained (in lesser amounts) in a product called “Capsures.” Read the study.

» plenty of guys have come on the board using my regimen and thanking me,
» remember how you sobbed like a schoolgirl, and said those guys using my

Name the “plenty of guys.”

Hangin’, you are taking, what, like, 10 pills a day, and all you have to show for it are fair-to-midland results. C’mon dude, a comb-over is nothing to be proud of  .

Hey you are the one with see through temples and crown, I bet yours looks about the same as mine, only my temples look fine,  Stop lying to yourself about your imaginary regrowth, Your new regimen did not regrow a damn thing…It might have stabilized the fallout, but , you proved you had no regrowth on the original post titled…a good foundation for regrowth…that original post said NOTHING about regrowth, the only time you started lying and saying you had regrowth is when i pointed out you had none…then suddenly, miraculously your new regimen regrew your thinning areas…

care to prove me wrong? Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah gutless pussy strikes again

Resveratrol/Curcumin Combo (All Natural, Supplements & Diet)
posted by The Natural, 15.11.2008, 04:41

[Perry writes:]

“Many people are talking about a resveratrol/curcumin/toco combo to help hairloss. There’s even many posts on this thread about it. I’ll look for the cited links about it.”

[The Natural writes:]

"Exactly.

Look, I have been taking this combo for over seven months. And it is very good: By this I mean, that I have not lost any more hair, and thinning areas in the crown and temple have grown thicker. But unlike other herbs and vitamins (especially) that peaked in the first three months, then lost their effectiveness, this resveratrol/curcumin/tocotrienols combo seems to get better with time."

thickening is not the same as regrowth, you said you had regrowth, in your crown and temples, and it should be SIGNIFICANT regrowth, in order to claim your regimen even works…stopping the fallout and stabilizing your condition, is worthless, i can find 1000s of regimens capable of that…you said you had REGROWTH, now you say you have THICKENING,

i can thicken my hair by changing shampoos :hungry: I can change the appearance of my hair to look thicker after a workout at the gym, the sweat adds body to the hair…so thickening, doesnt mean crap

then again it may be proof that your regimen is working, the thickening must be pretty damned good according to you, lets see PROOF…PICS…ops sorry didnt want to make you cry like a girl again about you having your reasons not to post pics…please stop sobbing and wailing the many reasons that you are a coward…we know why…, we understand already you are not a man, no need to confirm it yet again
