Hairsite, the HM forum link on the main page is STILL defaulting to a mixed forum with HT threads… So you want to have no way of navigating to hm/research forum from main page without going thru ht forum? Why? Why even have separate forums anymore?
is this an acknowlegement that thew whole hm thing is really dead and there won’t be anymore good news?

Damn, are you finally catching onto HM being a few years out there in the future yet?
You’d better hope either Follica or more remotely ACELL can work, because if they dont its going to be several years before there is anything that can make new hair out there. Intercytex’s research being bought is NOT A GIVEN. Aderans may or may not be having much success–they wont tell us if they are, and they would lie to us if they weren’t even if you could get them to speak because holding the HM carrot out there is part of the HT marketing gimmick for Bosley at this state. Thats leaves us with some Indian Clinics and Phoenixbio, who hasn’t even updated their site in a few years now. HM, if it ever becomes a reality, it AT LEAST FIVE YEARS AWAY (and probably more). Like I said Baldbaby, you’d better hope Follica or ACELL has some success. Its them or nothing in the short term.

What about Follica? Even Follica is at least 5 years?

NO, ITS NOT. If it works, it will be on the market soon. It will not need FDA trials as the two drugs used (probably dutasteride and getfitinib-known as Iressa) are already FDA-approved for other things. Minoxidil is already FDA approved. You’d only be using them topically for about ten days. Dermabrasion isn’t regulated by the FDA and is a outpatient procedure that takes place in dermatologists offices every day in every large city in this nation. If follica’s trials are successful (a big if), then look for the “kits” to be licensed and sold to dermatologists who will perform the dermabrasion and give you the kit to use at home.
. I cant believe how little people are willing to READ for THEMSELVES, and just believe whatever a few certain idiots spew on this site.
