1.Start by gently detangling your wig with a wide-tooth comb or a specialized wig brush. Work from the hair ends up to the roots to avoid unnecessary breakage or damage.
2.After washing your human hair wigs, apply some hair conditioner to the hair to help moisturize and protect it from the cleansing process. This step is especially important for maintaining the softness and shine of your wig.
3.Once you’ve finished rinsing the shampoo out of the wig, lightly squeeze the excess water from the hair, especially if your human hair wigs contain lace pieces, like wear and go glueless wigs, 360 glueless wigs, or skin lace wigs. While doing so, be sure not to rub or wring the hair strands to avoid damaging the hair fiber. To dry off, blot your human hair wig gently with a soft towel to remove extra water.
4.Use styling products specifically designed for human hair or human hair wigs. Too much hair products applied on the hair can build up and weigh down the wig so you should avoid over-styling. Limit the use of heavy styling products to keep the wig light and natural-looking.
