I am with fckhrls. HT surgeons are not well organized, are selfish doctors, keeping their little secrets for themselves. There is no way they can organize a conspiration.
Bosley has a lot of clinics but we don’t know if they will be able to cope with all the potential demand. If the procedure is quick and easy, they won’t need to license. But if it is slow like a HT, then they will need to license it to other clinics.
