Thinning on left temple - no hair loss in family

Hi I’m 22, I noticed some thinning on my left side/temple, it’s starting to bother me

I have an eating disorder and my intake isn’t great. I used to aggressively blow dry my hair everyday and use strong products and hairspray when I had shoulder length hair

I also have a heart problem which was fixed in 2015. And I’m now on warfarin/blood thinners for life, which I heard can affect hair

I’ve got brothers who are 20 and 40 with perfect hair and no balding, my dad had good hair up until he was 50 and I don’t know any bald people in my family

Any advice? I am currently taking pumpkin seed oil supplements for over 3 months now

That might be due the genetics issue as you loss hair from the left side…

You should start Gene therapy using :

  1. Hair care process to improve lifestyle and epigenome,
  2. Microneedling using a 1mm dermaroller or dermapen once a week, and
  3. Apply Resveratrol-Grapeseed serum and Fisetin lotion as once daily application.

This video will help you understand why you are losing hair and how to recover it

Dr A
