Things r starting to look pretty good -- update

Well I’m too cowardly to try the experiment myself, but I’m willing to chip in a few bucks for the cause. I could send the cash to hairsite (if he has a paypal account that is), and he could give it to whomever’s buying the drug.

Hi all,
Actually I work in a pharmaceutical distributor company.
I think I could get Getfitnib without problems and of course to a lower price ( At least years ago I could do it with the Proscar), let me move some cables this week to see the possibility

Unfortunately, I don’t think even brand names can be guaranteed online.

Glad to see you guys having positive results. Just this morning I noticed a bunch of +/- half inch long new vellus hairs along my hairline. All I have done is a three layer 25% TCA peel less than three weeks ago, with no care to anything else (ie followed my normal daily routine the next morning). I’m happy with what I have seen but I’m sure that once someone nails the rest of the routine we will see some great results.

Oh and I may be interested in the getfitnib group buy as well.

Good to hear m8. Hope those vellus thicken up for you.

you didn’t even use lithium?

Plain old dermabrasion/wounding. It’s more powerful than anyone seems to believe.

I’ll bet wounding is the only reason that ICX-TRC’s early work ever really produced any hairs.

» you didn’t even use lithium?
Nope… to be completely honest, no thought at all was given to what I did. I simply had a sister with some leftover TCA that she let me have. I have been off Fin for ~5-6 months and the only real agent I use is Nizoral, which I’m terrible at using with any regularity (probably average to 1.5 uses per week).

I am probably the worst hair scientist out there right now, but I got something out of it. Doubt the hairs even thicken to terminals, but if I can get “results” while being so lackadaisical, I’m very enthusiastic about what people who actually know what they are doing will achieve.

Oh and oddly enough, I do have two new terminal hairs, also about half inch long, slightly yet noticeably below my current hairline

I basically refer to my own experimentation as “failures” because I don’t look like Elvis yet.

But I’ve probably got a dozen new terminal hairs to show for it.

Many of them are thick as hell. Like thicker than the rest of my entire frontal third, fully pigmented, and growing longer indefinitely. They might as well be transplanted single-hair donor grafts for all intents & purposes.

You know guys, all of us who dont have the courage to start our own experiments are dying to see some pictures…

What do you mean “courage”, as long as u don’t do wounding with a peel and getfitnib external, what danger r u in?

Well, it is not just that it is that I have thin hair that i am afraid to damage (i dont have recession to test in a slick bald spot) plus I cant handle a day or two with a reddish scalp mainly cause of work.

Hi gays, i want to try follica experiment. is there some way to avoid shaving of head and try this experiment

Most of us are trying it on a relatively small & inconspicuous spot rather than our whole heads. We’ll probably increase the # of shave-downs once we find something that really works consistently.

I can’t remember exactly, but I think the Folica testing indicated that the spot needed to be something like 2mm across, minimum. (Although I would assume you’ll end up wanting to do something bigger than that just as a matter of practicality.)

Use an eye-dropper to apply the peel and rubber gloves on the other hand to even it out. My head wasn’t shaved but I think baccy’s was. The eye dropper is crucial if you still have hair, otherwise the hairs will absorb a lot of the peel up b4 it hits the scalp.

The Folica testers got 11 (yes, eleven) times as much regrowth after they tried using hair remover on the area 3 days before the wound was made.

This stuff is just a shaved-head kind of deal. There’s no way around it.

If I’m not mistaken it was 2 cm across rather than 2 mm.
