The work by the developers of the Boots topical that I have provided a link to, suggests their caffeine based topical works to calm the immune system topically.

Dr P sez-- Simply-stated, if it works, we use it. Or, as in the case of such agents as ketoconazole, we recommend people just buy the generic formulation, rather than offering our own formulations.

I hold nine broad US patents covering hair loss treatment agents. Pretty much, we can use what other allegedly hair-growth-stimulating shampoos use, if we wish. Nobody can legally use our various patented active ingredients.
