Do you guys think that when Aderans hits phase 3 they will start treating entire heads completely? Also do you think they will take people who are diffusely thinning, people who are on propecia or minoxidil or have been in the past? I’m hoping so…

GoGiants1–Did you ever talk to Dr Hitzig again about his hair plucking procedure. His procedure could also give a full head of hair if it really works.
IMHO Dr. Hitzig, along with Dr. Cooley, lost any credibility they had when they made misleading statements about their success with Accell treatments a year or two ago.
I did talk to Dr. Hitzig on the phone and he emailed me pictures of patients who had undergone transplants with Acell treatment but the pictures were not as clear as I would have hoped and I don’t know enough about the procedure to make any judgments but for me to pay 7K for something that I’m not certain will work seems like quite the stretch to me. Plus he has a lot of people claiming he is not a credible source of information and a shady doctor so I wanted to wait to see what Jerry Cooley says about Acell when he presents about its potential in october I think.
The question I had about Aderans was if they would try to give trailists full heads of hair in the 3rd phase because right now they are doing injections in a 3’ by 3’ area but I was wondering if they would be injecting the entire head in the phase 3 trail to show people how effective their treatment really is. If they could really give people an entire head of hair and create a solid hairline then they’ve done it, anything less for the time they’ve spent seems like a bit of a waste right?
Also, I have serious diffuse thinning in a MPB pattern and I was wondering if during phase 3 they would take people who have serious thinning and take people who are on propecia. Anyone have any idea?
The crucial question about ARI’s new regrowth abilities (assuming there are any) is whether or not the results are compoundable.
I can use Minox for a year right now and get some minor regrowth.
But this does not solve my MPB problem. When I use it for 2 or 3 years, I don’t get 2 or 3 times as much regrowth.

Thanks for the replay Cal, I appreciate it, I’m trying to gauge if it’s worth getting a HT before new technology comes out, maybe I’ll wait until they are done with phase 2 which is hopefully in 2011 but I have no idea…
