The economy is tanking worldwide

It’s become much harder to finance anything right now because the financial industry is near meltdown and the economy is going into recession worldwide.

It’s no wonder to me that Intercytex’s trials stalled for lack of money.

Sheesh.

Is a legal problem?
Why they cannot open the trials to us?
They are out of money because they got a a product that no one can buy!
What type of marketing is that?

They are asking for money but do not let us to pay.

Ahab, I also considered that TRC’s problems are due to the credit crunch.
But, the fact that they are not publishing numbers of hairs, makes me think that the problem is not just a matter of money. It seems that TRC is not giving good results.

It was clear that TRC was having problems since they published first results of Phase II (not preestimulated). The results were worse that phase Ia !!!

Then, magically, the preestimulation came to the rescue. But they are hiding
data. why?

so, I think TRC needs a lot of fine-tuning, and a lot of time and money. And now, they are prioritizing the skin products.
If you add the fact of the credit crunch, then you have a really ugly scenario for TRC.

Still, of course, I might be wrong.
That is why I think Paul Kemp should give us an interview.

Why can’t Bosley be there partner, give them the money and whatever they need to finish the trial?

Stop kidding yourself. I don’t care if we were in a depression, If they had a viable technology that worked they would have to fight off VCs willing to loan them any amount of money. They are having trouble getting money because they don’t have a product that works. I know it hurts, but move on and start looking into the next possible treatment, which is Follica.

Because it doesn’t work.

Bernanke should refloat ICX instead of those stupid banks

look:
http://www.intercytex.com/icx/news/releases/2008/2008-03-18/

it seems that they are stopping TRC trials, but expanding trials for the skin products: they are going to test new applications:

Another Vavelta trial:
-Phase II trial in burns contractures open to recruitment

ICX-SKN:
-Phase II trial in basal-cell skin carcinoma excisions to commence in H2 2008

This proves that they are not out of money.
They are stopping the TRC project simply because they feel is not interesting enough compared with the others.
