Stress and hairloss

Ive been working on my own stress response lately and what seems to help me is the following:

1)Meditation and alternate nasal breathing- reverts the body to a more Parasympathetic state
2)Detoxification - removes waste that builds up due to comprimised immune system
3)Yoga - encourages harmony between mind and body

Please elaborate on each.

The idea is pretty simple, our bodies are constantly stressed and the methods I mention reduce your daily tensions which can impair your immune system via stress hormones.
