I was at the drug store yesterday and was curious which is better to take and get the most results…i saw a a SawPawmetto and Pygeum mix tablet vitamin and a plain nettle root tablet vitamin…Now i heard that nettle root block DHT from floating around near hair follicles…and that it works better than saw pawmetto…but the saw pawmetto has pygeum included in it as a all in one tablet…would that be better since it has two DHT blockers??? Im so confused!!! What is the best one to buy?? and how long do i see results???

depends on the amounts in the pill of each supplement
i would say try it, you may not respond some guys dont respond to dht blockers , naturals, that is

Uh, no it doesn’t. None of that garbage has EVER been shown to grow a single hair. Best to stick with treatments that actualy work, like minoxidil and finasteride.

a lot of guys have gyno or sexual side effects to Fin or Prop, whereas they get similar benefits with no side effects with the natural DHT blockers or 5 AR inhibitors, try reading you might learn something

didnt say they cure MPB they are part of an overall regimen, to strengthen hair, and lessen fallout. the dht blockers are geared towards regrowth the vitamins and minerals are for overall hair health…you moron
