Roger ,bannana,

Sorry for the typo errors,as i dictate very fast to my secretary to type post.
In my last post ,i was talking about potential of bioreactor 3d dp culturing.

Damaarack,i never promised 100% result with HM.
The results with HM are far below, but very slowly improving at the donor and improving little faster at the donor scalp.

Again to remind you damarack,i am posting these pics of transgender fue experiment done on my own forearm, just to share a small experiment, this experiment need to be followed for a year, simultaneously further experiment with higher number of grafts need to be done, where does regulators stand on this need to be explored…i do not know, WHAT WILL BE THE END RESULT…IT MAY FAIL OR MAY PARTIALLY OR TOTALLY SUCCEED…I DO NOT KNOW.

The case mentioned below is of transgender fue hair transplantation.
2 SINGLE FOLLICLE GRAFTS WERE EXTRACTED from a donor scalp of 27yrs/male.
Blood grouping and cross matching was done, including HLA typing.
The extracted 2 follicles were washed in a solution to get rid of any blood stain in the follicles.
the 2 follicles were implanted on my left forearm.

On day 62 , two thick small hair follicle are seen on my forearm.
No adverse effect, except little inflammation and swelling on day 9th … occurred, when i injected additionally ecm and prp into the implanted follicle site, which subsided in 10 days gradually, yes there is thickening of skin after additional injection, around the implanted site.

My focus and interest is all about stemcell hair activation…not transgender hair restoration,i just did this experiment to see the outcome.

YM ,i will try to answer your querry tmr.
Mr joshi’s pics ,i will post in may end,as we have implanted approx 3500 grafts on his scalp, this month, another 3500 grafts, will be implanted, than we will take proper pics to show you.Missing hair the forum member has seen my forearm and mr joshi in person 3/4 days back.

“Hair doubling” is basically a HT procedure at the recipient site. So if other doctors like Gho, as well as the entire US hair transplant community can imply they can produce about 100% results – as in, it’s a sure thing you’ll get hair growing at the recipient site – then why can’t Dr. Nigam imply that?

I’m not saying Dr. Nigam’s statement was clear or made complete sense. It was a very confusing statement and probably too enthusiastic, particularly with respect to the results at the donor site. It’s not clear from his statement whether he is promising 100% success at the donor site (i.e., 100% regrowth), or if the “100%” part of the quote just means that you’re certain to get growth, virtually 100% of all the follicles/hairs or FUs transplanted, at the recipient site. I think a lot of doctors, if not most HT surgeons, imply this with respect to the recipient site. If they could not guarantee virtually all their patients would see new hair growing there, then no one would get HT. People would be throwing away their money.

Granted yes, Dr. Nigam’s statement was very confusing, poorly worded, and overly enthusiastic. I would not have said it that way, and it’s obvious Dr. Nigam needs a person better than himself at writing to write this kind of advertising and promotional material.[/quote]

Stop defending Nigamm, you are trying too hard and only going to make him look worse.

That’s correct friends and will be going there this Friday for my wife’s follow up , let me know if you need me to take any more pics of the forearm

also as regards my wife’s case she has had a lot of shock loss at the recipient area hoping things improve in the coming months, i am currently compiling our pics but will post all of it after 8 months as hopefully by then there would some indication of the degree of improvement or otherwise ,

missinghair did Dr Nigam promise you or your wife a refund if you don’t see any improvement?

no helpmeout , i never discussed this with him but i will , just hoping that

things go well for her

it s not right that he doesn’t offer the money back guarantee across the board to all his test patients, what s his reasoning for promising a refund for some and not others?
