Dr. Feller,
Could you do an FUE to resemble this pic of Corbin Bernson?
Just a small frontal forelock to break up to dome effect.

GHI had a good fue example of this but I am sure all the fue surgeons that post here (apart from bezan) could achieve a good looking job with this pattern

Bruce Willis had something similar in Die Hard 3. Can look funny if it doesn’t flare out a little to the temples.
Is that because you don’t have enough donor? I am in the same boat, I like those less is more look.

I have decent donor…but it seems to me that there is a point were HT’s go bad.
I would like to look my age…even when I am 70

How many FUE are we looking at here?
Personally I prefer a dusting effect like this? This is one of my favorites, only 1500 FUE. This is what I want for myself eventually.

Couldnt help but notice - his hair is angulated at amost 60 degrees to the scalp.
Wonder if such hair grown longer (straighter hair)- is good for coverage OR gives more see thru effect ?
The 1500 fue does look good but you will have to keep it short like that guy.Just reconstructing your forelock like that actor wont look good at all.

Why would’t the forelock look good?
I think more guys would go for a HT is they could get an improved look and not drop 20k or go through several days in the chair
Little hinges swing big doors
» That photo looks like he has only a few hundred hairs. That is certainly do-able with an FUE case, and we would suggest even 300 would likely give that amount of coverage in one session. That ASSUMES that the caliber of the hair grafts are thick enough like Corbin’s.

When you go for a ht might as well do something significant because recovery is long even with fue.

Would you do a procedure like this? What would it cost?
Thanks
Sure. Figuring 300 FUE’s @ $8.00/graft, $2400.00. Of course more would provide more density, and an office consultation is in the best interest prior to final planning.
