Proscar leaflet info: “Use a condom because …”


“If your partner is pregnant or planning to become pregnant you should use a condom or other barrier method of contraception when taking proscar. This is because your semen could contain a tiny amount of the drug and may affect the normal development of the baby’s sex organs.”

About 1 year ago, I reported (in german) about my personal experience with Proscar/Finasterides. Thereby I mentioned my concerns pertaining to WHY I didn’t “clone” myself during the past 10 years …

Sure, this issue is actually off topic in the hair multiplication forum. But on the other hand, this issue should underline, how important each and every REAL approach in the “HM” field is: Simply to get rid of every “questionably” hair loss drug - once and for all.


If I was having a baby with a woman, I’d go off of all drugs (except diabetes and other necessary ones) for about a month.
