Post HT Supplement/Diet Tips?

Had 2500 grafts done about 1 1/2 months ago, just wanted to know if there were any recommended supplements or special foods to promote graft harvest. I heard MSM might be a good one. Any tips? Thanks

Use minoxidil.

You really don’t need to do anything special, the only thing is maybe to spray the recipient site with warm or room temperature water to keep it moist so that the scabs will come off sooner. Minox is a good idea although some people disagree.

Be as healthy as you can - good diet, exercize, etc. The healthier you are, the better your hair will grow.

MSM is a supplement that is supposed to support many of the body’s functions, including hair strength and growth.

Minoxidil is supposed to thicken the hairs and possibly promote new growth.

Is your scalp still healing or are you past the scab stage?

I had the treatment done Feb 1st. I’ve had two previous treatments. Hope this one does the trick! I will be posting pictures in 4-5 months. Thanks

I know Dr. Cole always recommends Biotin spray after surgery.
