PGD-2 Thread Continue Here

Here is the image, this shows the location of the PGD2 synthase enzyme. Brown staining shows PGD-2. In the follicle.

Now you have nonbalding follicles. No brown staining there. This localization of the enzyme means we need to approach it topically. I think.

roger_that says that Ramatroban does not even bind to the correct GPR44 receptor. If that is true then we have to wait till we can get our hands on a true GPR receptor blocker that blocks the correct receptor.

Are you not a member of HLH KO?, they’re in the process of purchasing the correct receptor blocker if you’re interested in taking part in the experimenting.

yes I am…I really haven’t followed that as people don’t seem real forthcoming with info on how to get these things…are you also participating?

Are we expecting regrowth using these PGD-2 inhibitors or maintainenence of current hair?

no body knows. Hopefully both.

Not this time no, I’ll be watching from the sidelines unfortunately, I just hope they can test it right, getting any dosage right is going to be difficult.
