Here is Dr. Denver Lough’s patent application for SkinTE. Interesting that this says it involves “minimally polarized grafts”. If that is what I think it means, I was right that the graft material they produce (the “paste”) is only slightly polarized. I interpret “minimally polarized” to mean that it only goes a small distance on the road to polarization (i.e., orientation of the cells so they will form perfect replicas of skin appendages like hair follicles).
