Single Follicle Extraction & Transfer (SFET)
Using Head and Body hair

Very nice, his hair thickens up all over evenly.

Dr Umar, very very good, this is by far one of the nicest I 've seen from you.

Do you have a full view of the entire hairline combed back?

This result is very good. The angulation is great! Really natural!!

Simply amazing!!! Great jobs Doctor!

I’m always amazed at how much younger a person looks when their hairline is lowered, time and time again. It’s something you never tire of seeing.
Fantastic work, once again, Dr Umar. I notice you’ve used the patients nape hair to create a wonderfully natural, non-pluggy looking hairline.
Looks fantastic!

I noticed that too, there is overall thickening everywhere, not just the hairline. I wonder if he was put on Propecia after the surgery maybe that explains why there is noticeable thickening everywhere.

Looks great! As I mentioned earlier I really like the angulation!

What do you think of tansplanting hair with angulation like this in between hair that rgows straight up? My problem is both pluggy and straight up growing hair…

you can really see how exceptional the work is in the video, very lucky guy no strip to ever worry about, and very natural looking lowering of the hairline and temples

I am impressed, the nape area is undetectable, no signs of any extraction or work done over there.

» What is SFET?

Single Follicular extraction & Transfer, it was mentioned in the opening of the video.

Dr Umar do you have an update for Rooster’s strip scar? I remember he went to you in June to have beard grafts put into his scar. Thanks.

You should also ask Wylie, read his post, he said he also used beard hair for his scar.

I couldn’t find his post, where did he go, link please.

Hi Stitchmeup.

I just spoke to Dr. Umar today. I haven’t been on the site much of late due to many issues, but that is beside the point. I’m at a little over three months out from my procedure. In my opinion, the growth is great for three months. My wife tells me she has a hard time finding the scars.

Now to the important stuff. Tonight I’m going to take some photos to send to Dr. Umar. In the excitement of everything, I forgot to take before pictures of my scar prior to my trip in June, so Dr. Umar has the only before pictures. Once he receives them, then we will have a comparison.

I am EXTREMELY please thus far, and will without a doubt return to Dr. Umar in the near future for more grafts. Can’t say enough good things about the guy.
