No more Armani procedures in Toronto?

Hello,

I’ve been told procedures are no longer done out of Toronto - only Dubai and Los Angeles now. A bummer if it’s true.

Anyone know if they (partially?) reimburse you for airfare/travel costs?

I was told that dr.armani was coming back in nov.

When did you here this?

Direct from the source. I e-mailed Chad Cooper at the Toronto office who I had been in contact with last year. I received a reply from someone else informing me that Chad is no longer with the clinic and that I can only have a consultation in Beverly Hills or via Skype ($200).

When asked about the Toronto clinic the response was that Toronto is the Armani corporate headquarters and now devoted to research and development rather than actual consultations and procedures.

Too bad, since I live right down the street from their office!

Man its hard to get a response from them!

Here is the e-mail:

"This is Eric from the Alvi Armani clinic, thank you for getting back to me. The Toronto clinic is our corporate headquarters and is allocated for research and development. We perform hair transplant surgeries in our Beverly Hills and Dubai clinics.

Thats not good news as i live in montreal and was planning on going to the toronto clinic!

Guess i ll have to go else where.

That doesn’t make sense, what’s the reason for not doing surgeries in toronto? i thought Armani is from Toronto himself.

I also dont understand why he would do that.

And what about the other drs like his sister who used to work at the toronto clinic?

And what about that magical treatment Armani was supposed to produce in 18 months… err… 3 years ago?

My bet is on

Armani realizes “Ohhh ohhh Donor Regrowing is possible so lets get on this train”

Even if i did not like him , i can say if he is going for the infinite Donor thing, i more then respect that.

One thing for sure is its hard like hell to get a straight answer from this clinic since about a year now.

I agree, it’s a total bummer. I live in Toronto and it was comforting to know I could have an in-person consultation. At the time I was talking to Chad at the Toronto clinic, he did not indicate there would even be a charge for me to come in for a consultation. Now, it costs $200 for a Skype consultation, which I suppose is fair, but I don’t know how comfortable I’d be travelling to Los Angeles for a procedure never having actually seen anyone in person.

So, still no confirmation (though the e-mail I got sounds pretty definite!)
