Nizoral Cream, MiN New York Test

I have been reading and occasionally posting on this forum for the past 8 years or so. I was on Propecia and 5% Nizoral 2x a day for 6 years, but stopped the Propecia 1.5 years ago due to some unwanted side effects, and based on reading this board, I started a new regimen consisting of:

Internals: GNC Mega Man Vitamin 2 pills per day, KAL Amino Max 1 pill per day, Green Tea 2 pills day, Saw Palmetto 2 pills per day, Fish Oil 3, Borage Oil 2, Stinging Nettle 1, Pygeum 1
Topicals: Rogaine 5% liquid then foam (morning), Dr. Lee 15% Xandrox (night)
Shampoo: American Crew Revitalize
Other: Laser comb (2x per week)

Since then, my hair has progressively gotten worse, mainly with thinning in the front. I really miss the Propecia. I am now switching to the following:

Internals: the same as above
Topicals: Rogaine foam 5% (morning), 1/2 of head using Min New York Agent and 1/2 of head using 2% keto nizoral cream (nightly)
Shampoo: MiN New York 3 step system
Other: Laser comb and bought an inversion table (both probably worthless, but what the heck at this point)

I am going to stay on this regimen for 6 months and see what progress if any i make. I am interesting in seeing how the nizoral cream side of my head performs vs. the MiN side. Question for the board: do i need to shampoo my hair at night before applying the topicals or is just rinsing the hair enough? I have to shampoo in the morning daily before work since I have a morning workout routine.

I will try to give a monthly update of my progress. Let’s grow some hair!!

never heard of 5 percent nizoral cream

also you may not respond to anything, since you didnt have any response to those internals,

also I would say you are missing out I would switch to a mega HAIR vitamin, from the mega man
I seriously doubt if the mega man has 2000mcg Biotin in it

Thank Hanging.

I am using 2% keto cream, not 5%. The 5% is the Rogaine foam in the morning. I picked up my prescription for the 2% cream yesterday. The GNC vitamin only has 300mcg of Biotin, so I will switch over to a mega Hair vitamin similar to what you are using.

Any idea if I need to shampoo vs. just wash hair before applying the 2% keto cream??

as long as you wet the scalp, and let it dry a bit before applying the cream its absorbed more thoroughly , than if its put onto a dry scalp

i sometimes just take a few handfulls of water and slash it on top and let it dry for a few minutes and then apply the cream

300mcg of biotin is just 100 percent of the RDA , not enough, and there are a lot of other hair vitamins in the mega hair vits , such as high dosage of Bs and then MSM and horsetail, etc, that are specifically for hair
the Maxi hair by Country life is easy to find and its cheap about 8 dollars for a months supply, whereas the Ultra Hair by natures plus is double that price,
