Was the trial that recently ended phase IIb or IIc?
It was something different than this report from january 2007. just see the date there. it is the same old report. I dunno why benji brought it up here

Treat for two weeks
One month off
Treat for two more weeks
Two months, measure haircounts (they were at their best at THIS date)
Two more months, trial end. Recount hairs.
Haircounts were at their hightest at the four month mark. 4.8% doesn’t get me all that excited. It will almost certanly work better daily, but is it something that fundamentally the androgenic alopecia process in all its complexity? No, but hardly anybody on this board seems really well read on just how complex androgenic alopecia is downstream of androgen uptake.
All this is more than a year old. The new trial is continuous use for prolonged amount of time and should have ended last month.
I agree that it is probably nothing to celebrate but still I don’t get it why suddenly we should pay attention to something that has been discussed here zillion times before.
