Hello everyone.
This is the first time I post here and wish to have your honest help on a very important and sensitive subject.
I’ve been losing my hair for the last 12 years, Im 30 now and NW6, true NW6.
Need around 10,000 total grafts, combination of FUHT, beard and body grafts.
I wish to know if any of you had work done by Dr Arvind, if so, would you go back for another surgery? pros and cons.
My main concern is the scar the surgery would leave, from ear to ear ( 5000 grafts for first surgery ). I head that it’s his wife that takes care of the incision and the removal of the strip of hair, is that true ?

Where did you hear that? His wife Mrs. Bharti Poswal manages the clinic in an administrative capacity. She does not perform hair transplants.

This was posted by another member, I can’t remember what site but I can look into it and get it for you… The person claims that She does the incisions, apparently because she is good at it ,at least that what he claims… Im not confirming these claims, only here to set things straight, not for the fuzz.

Ok, no problem. Just wanted to stop misinformation.
I would be interested to know where this was talked about if you have time.

I will try to find it.
I am also considering a future HT at your clinic, trying to gather as much info as I can.

»
» shave it off and get in shape - you’ll look better and have less worries.
good advice! there s no point getting a hair transplant, wait for hair multiplication instead.

I used to share that sentiment but after viewing a few of the nw6 on Dr A’s beore after I might be inclined to think that its possible to do a pretty good job on them and radically change their appearance for the positive
the only thing that concerns me with these patients is future loss, they are that bald that young and obviously their problem is an extreme case with a propensity to get way more receded nw7, or worse, in which case they cannot possibly go in for future transplants they might get a halo effect if they transplant right up to the part line. with future losses
I will go for a consultation early 2011 and see what the doctor can do.
I haven’t my choice yet on where to have a surgery if I ever do, but my consultation will be done with dr bisanga in belgium.
since bhr does fut and fue/bhr, the doc can have an overall look of my donor areas, I am ‘‘gifted’’ with body hair, hairy chest, beard, legs, that may save me… I believe dr bisanga will then be able to make a clear statement wether it’s worth it or not to go on.
