Need advice or Hair Transplant repair specialist

Hello, I have done 2 hair transplant operations before due to alopecia (norwood scale 3). First transplant was 1300 grafts and left me with pugs placed at wrong angle, which makes hair look slightly uplifted in transplant areas. Second transplant was 2000 grafts, added density, tried to camouflage first transplant, however results are far from perfect, hairline looks unnatural (needs more density, proper gradient), uplifted hair can be noticed. Also balding continued, thus more density is required in balding areas.

All I want is to have natural look. I have seen doctors do hair transplant repair, even removing transplanted hair, so I am wondering whether hair placed at bad angles and pugs can be removed if necessary. I would like to know what procedure would be necessary and which specialist can perform such procedure?

Yep, I have seen this done before many times. Yours isn’t nearly as bad as some I have seen on this site.

This is a very common event due to untrained/badly trained doctors.
We have reversed many such cases.
Wrongly angled/placed grafts are extracted by fue and can be placed into the scalp at correct angles and direction.
